Name of Activity: Stellar Floor Hockey

Adult Sponsor of Activity: Mr. Johnson

Activity will take place on: Will start in the Spring

Grade Level of Students that can participate: 4-5

Number of Students allowed/how students will be accepted: No limit

Description of Activity: Students will be put on a team and play games on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March or April. They only show on the day their team has a game scheduled. There will be a regular season, playoffs, and a championship game.
