Stellar staff and students are linked by kindness
At the beginning of February our Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports team challenged our Stellar staff and students to complete and acknowledge acts of kindness. For 15 days, anytime an act of kindness was shown, a paper chain link was given to the provider as a thank you. The act of kindness was written on the paper strip and added to the provider's classroom or department's paper chain.
On February 16, to honor "World Kindness Day," we linked our chains together. We covered our entire Specials' hallway with our "Linked By Kindness" chain! We have kept this up to remind us that kindness is easy to show and a wonderful trait to share each day!
